My thought is that the add-in is setting some data that it doesn't like as a parameter when the file is later saved. I was hoping someone could use the exception information above to at least tell me what I should be looking to fix. I have not seen any exceptions from the add-in or in the Windows event log. I didn't change any code or functionality, just copied it into a new project. A couple months ago, I updated it to use the Project 2013Īnd 2016 VS VSTO Add-In template. It is about 10 years old as it was written for 2007 and has worked great all this time. We have a VSTO add-in for Project that does some REST API synchronization with our application.
